This Privacy Policy explains how Performance Hub collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our app. We've written it to be straightforward — no hidden data practices, no surprises.

Subscription status (free, trial, or Pro) is tracked to determine your feature access. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple's In-App Purchase system through RevenueCat, Inc. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details. RevenueCat shares subscription status information with us to unlock the appropriate features in your account.
On iOS, the app may request read-only access to heart rate data from Apple Health. This is offered to enrich training zone calculations and post-session performance metrics. If you grant this permission:
You can revoke Apple Health access at any time in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.
We do not use Apple Health data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the training performance tracking described above. We do not sell or monetize health data of any kind.
Heart rate readings sourced from Apple Health reflect device sensor data and are not medical-grade measurements. Performance Hub does not validate, certify, or make clinical claims about this data.
Performance Hub does not collect:
Readiness check-in responses (energy, body feel) are subjective self-assessments you choose to provide. They are used only to adapt your training recommendations and are not interpreted as clinical health indicators.
We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their commercial purposes. We do share data with a small set of trusted service providers who help us operate the app:
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Performance Hub or its users.
In the event of a business transfer, acquisition, or merger, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
The app may send push notifications for training reminders and important service information. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings. We do not send promotional or advertising notifications.
We may contact you by email for account-related matters (e.g., account deletion confirmation, policy updates, or support replies). We do not send marketing emails.
Performance Hub is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that a user under 13 has created an account, we will delete their data promptly. If you believe a child under 13 is using this app, contact us at performancehub.help@gmail.com.
We do not include content focused on weight loss, calorie restriction, body image, or medical health claims. The app is designed to support healthy, performance-oriented training habits.
We retain your account and training data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account in the app, deletion begins immediately. Your authentication account, profile, and core athlete data are removed during the deletion request, including:
In-app feedback submissions you made may be retained in anonymized form (your user ID is removed; the feedback content itself may be retained for product improvement purposes). This is handled automatically by our database constraints when your account is deleted.
Some operational records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or payment-processing obligations. Deleting your Performance Hub account does not delete records held independently by Apple or RevenueCat for App Store purchase history and subscription management.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS) and access controls on our backend infrastructure. Our storage provider (Supabase) maintains security certifications and compliance programs appropriate for the data they process.
No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data, but we take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

To exercise any of these rights, use the account deletion feature in the app or contact us at performancehub.help@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law (such as CCPA in California or GDPR in the EU/EEA). We honor these rights regardless of where you are located.
You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app at any time. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Deletion begins immediately and is irreversible once completed. The app deletes your authentication account, profile, and core athlete data listed in Section 8 during the deletion request. If deletion of critical account data fails, the app will stop the deletion and ask you to try again or contact support.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
The training content in this app — including workout programs, exercises, readiness recommendations, and adaptive suggestions — is for general fitness and performance purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have a medical condition, injury, or experience pain during exercise, consult a qualified healthcare professional, physiotherapist, or licensed coach before continuing. You are responsible for training within your own physical limits.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change or when required by law. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively reduce your privacy protections without your explicit consent.
